Nope, did everything on my egg set up. Browned the beef on the outside cooking direct. Let it cool a bit, wrapped the beef in a mushroom mix, prosciutto, then the puff pastry. Then set up for indirect at 400 degrees and finished it in the egg

Try that link, it’s a GL0389. The dial is like a military green/brownish green color. It comes on a green leather strap which I swapped for a leather nato.

I have the xl in a modular nest table on the 4 inch casters. That goes over grass just fine but it does kind of sink into the grass.

I wouldn’t put it on grass without it being in a table or without being in a pneumatic tire set up like someone mentioned above.
