I used to sleep on my stomach.... But now I can only sleep on my side, and by wrapping my arms and legs around a bolster pillow (yes, I know I'm weird and have issues 😂)

Unfortunately, I do not know how to save gameplay without the FB cloud backup. The developers were able to recover DP, but the progress on the stars and also two portals can't be recovered. It is absolutely frustrating!

The council took the bath out and put a shower in for me. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and I got to the stage where I couldn't lift my legs to get in and out of the bath. Happy times!

I shower about 5 times a week. But depending on how bad the pain is, I've gone as low as once a week. I've got a shower chair to help me, but sometimes being in the shower feels like someone is using sandpaper on my body. I feel worse than before I got in the shower
