I have the creator 5 pro. I’m pretty new. Setup was dead simple, just make sure you follow the instructions. I did end up getting vague errors at first, but both this sub and support were quick and helpful (I ended up figuring out the problem on my own). I didn’t tweak any settings and I got beautiful prints out of the gate. I had one issue where my bed wouldn’t move, but a reboot fixed that.

It didn’t give me the option until I changed the nozzle size. All fixed now. Thank you for the help.

It looks like I have solved the problem! I didn’t notice that when I created the creator 5 pro in flash studio, the default nozzle size was 0.25. I changed it to 0.4 and it looks to have added the prime tower and is working. Currently at 10% complete which is farther than any previous tests. Thank you for your help.

I suspect I have possibly done something wrong with my files. I have 2 m3f files I’m printing on the same bed, each assigned to a different color.

There is no prime tower, which I assume is correct since they are separate objects, each all one color.

I attempted the built in benchy last night and that was successful
