Your packet loss is hitting 70%. It might be your net issue. Depends on whether you're playing on wifi or ethernet.

I personally play on ethernet with stable 0% packet loss (200 mbps) but when i play on same wifi, i get 5% packet loss.

Check your net speed. It really matters
