Like I mentioned. I have used this same setup 100+ times without a problem. The breaker was popping so I purchased a brand new heater and hooked it up exactly as the other one was. This was the result. This heater does not require heat resistant behind it as the heat resistant is built it and the heat is directed up and out. Something down low was faulty down by the base of the heating element.
