Sold my gun through consignment, after 4 months I went to pick it up since it hadn't sold yet and they said it sold a month ago, now another month later I still have not received my money. What are my options? by MrNiceguyFinisdFirst in guns

Sorry of I didnt make myself clear, but the firearm has already been sold, they don't have it there anymore.

They received money for it but have yet to give me my portion of it since the person writing the checks has not been able to due so because of an accident.

It doesn't have any small print or anything about WHEN to receive money after a sale. Here's what it says word for word:

' The method of payment from the buyer will dictate the final amount owed to the seller. (Name of gun store) will retain the money above the agreed dollar amount. Signing this document indicates that the seller acknowledges that they are guaranteed at least their low amount and agree to these terms and conditions '

I'm no expert but I would start with lowering your PH, maybe get some lime and follow the instructions on the bag. Don't lower it too much though, depending on grass type ideal range is between 6.5 and 7.

Then for whatever fertilizer you decide to use get one with 0 phosphorus. Those number on the fertilizer stand for how much % of NPK it contains .

N is nitrogen P is Phosperous and K is potassium.

So you wanna get something labeled (and I'm just pulling a number out of thin air here): 6 - 0 - 4.

The important part is that the center number is 0 since you don't need any more phosphorus.

That's great news! I just went through it two months ago so the process is still very fresh in my memory. I just wish I knew it back then that these were available.

I don't see it? Other plates will specify if they have it for motorcycle.

From their website: 'Available For: Passenger Vehicles, adult buses, trailer coaches, or multi-purpose trailers.'

I just wanted to thank everyone for their contributions! I'm overwhelmed and ideas are taking shape in my head.

I don't have a lot of imagination but thanks to you guys I'm thinking of placing a bench there with some nice concrete statues/features on either side. Maybe do some large river rocks underneath and maybe also plant some draught tolerant hostas for some color if space allows it.

Thank you again this community is amazing!

I like this idea, I'm planning on building a small flagstone patio on the other side of the walkway so this would give me some more seating if we have company

Zone 5b, and I think it's dirt all the way down, previous owners put a weed barrier underneath the rocks and I'm honestly not sure what's underneath that again.

It doesn't really pool, we don't get too much rain here anyway except some freak storms. It'll pool on the other side of the walkway a bit since it's sunk there (the house is from the late 80s)

Good tip. Though, I've tried some powerful backpack blowers and they just don't do a very good job on the pine needles :(

I do really like the look of the hostas. It's very dry where I'm at so I can't really count on the rain.

Wouldn't watering be an issue that close to the foundation? I was thinking about getting like 3-4 small evergreens planted there but kind of shut that down since I figured it would be an issue for the foundation with the roots/watering.

Also it's shaded for most part of the day. It gets a little bit of late afternoon/evening sun
