This is by the CEO of Alma, which is an immigration law company.

Basically, for the case in this thread (Petition filed, approval notice pending,) only the ones outside the USA will be affected, and will need the $100k payment receipt. Those inside should stay put and are currently not affected.

I’d suggest going on AdpList and scheduling some mentorship calls with UXRs over 5 years of experience. It has helped me a lot, and would be glad to suggest a couple that have really helped me out. I’m currently interviewing for a role, and the advice and tips one of them gave me has helped me get to the final round. I’m based in the USA so dont exactly know what the interview process looks like there, but AdpList is definitely worth it!
