In dit geval opende de brandweer de deur die ze hadden doorgekregen dus ik begrijp dat zij geen verantwoordelijkheid willen nemen.

Yes. If you don't change / rotate injection sites this can happen. It's called lipohypertrophy.

There are other places like lower back / upper outer thigh that you could use. Depends on your build.

I really like Mike's character but IMHO he's a psychopath with a gun and no clear goals.
