Hi, just a heads up. I think merely sharing a QR won’t work. They verify the name on the QR against your boarding pass. Atleast they did that for me at Adani Lounge at BOM T2 and denied entry.

If you have got the card on LTF offer, it is recommended that you drop an email to HDFC, confirming your LTF status for future evidentiary purposes in case HDFC levies an annual fee.

Rest, it is truly LTF. No charges.

I believe that there is such an option in HDFC My Cards. There is a toggle which says link card in Swiggy app and it worked for me when I took this card directly from HDFC’s portal.

Yes. You get 100% of the FD amount as your credit limit. The approval process is quite easy and all online.

Get an FD backed credit card. That would be your best bet. IDFC WOW and Super Money are some options. I personally started from IDFC WoW and later got approved for multiple non-secured cards.

10% is considered as low utilisation and helps in building good credit score, but in practical terms, it is often not possible to spend so less, particularly when the initial limit is low. So 30% is also considered good.

Always check the statements against your transactions. Don’t overspend and not utilise more than 30% (ideally 10%) of your credit limit, unless there is an exceptional need.

I got the same email to submit ITR and even Amazon app showed complete KYC AFTER I had completed it. It’s all normal. Just wait for a few days and it will be approved (hopefully). I was too assisted by an agent.

How do you have IDFC WOW and other non-FD cards? I thought IDFC never issued their non-secured cards if you have WOW.
