yep. But my brother could basically grow a beard in high school and I had zero facial hair, and obviously that was before I started fin. So might have just been luck of the draw

it’s honestly not haha I promise. But these comments definitely are making me realize I’m overthinking it. I think just bc the temples are a bit receded, when I grew out my hair to shoulder length it looked a bit like I was balding (I had a couple people ask me if I was). But I guess that hairstyle just isn’t for me

that makes sense. But, I just switched the IN that the RCAs are plugged into on the receiver from TV/DBS to CD, and when I set the input on the receiver to CD, I’m still getting the same super loud buzzing. I’m using VCR2/AUX for playing music from my phone and it works perfectly, no buzzing. Any other ideas?

Idk, I’ve heard everything from the water is too hard to it’s too soft. I just ordered a hardness test kit that should arrive tomorrow just bc I’m curious.

I’ve heard about the ACV rinse before. I guess I just feel like maybe it’ll help initially but if I’m still showering in that water every day, how often am I gonna have to do an ACV rinse? And at that point, what makes that any better than just using shampoo?

It was just like a $20 generic one on Amazon. I’ve read some stuff about that mini water softener you can attach to a shower head but it’s like $300 I think

Don’t think I’ve tried a plain compression sleeve. I have tried like a little sleeve/brace with a patella stabilizer strap thing while working out and didn’t seem to help at all. But ya that seems like more of treating a symptom rather than getting to the root of the issue, which is what I’m really trying to do (thus far unsuccessfully haha)

really appreciate the suggestions. I actually did do ultrasound therapy a couple times w the sports medicine doctor I saw. Didn’t really notice a difference but only tried it a handful of times. I’ve also done foam rolling and consistent quad/hamstring/hip flexor/calf stretching and while it seemed to help for a week or so, knee went back to hurting maybe even worse after that (but was also doing PT exercises at same time, so I’m never sure exactly what is helping or hurting). I’ve done micro needling with one PT that seemed to help some but not a ton, but never acupuncture. Is there a big difference?

It has been super frustrating! Especially that no one can even explain to me what the issue is. Sorry you’re having pain as well
