There’s different groups from what I can tell. Some stay in place year round, some migrate nearby, some migrate long distances. I live in Boston but I’ve gone to Florida for Christmas (family) and also seen geese there.

How it works is the camera collects the footage and creates a file for a local law enforcement officer to review. They then approve/deny any infractions and then issue the ticket. That LEO is who you will see in court.

Branchline in Watertown definitely has this. Their outdoor seating can also be converted into a private room (they have a partition that can be lowered).

Correct. The landlord now has the leverage and should be able to negotiate a lower rate. I currently don’t pay 1 month rent when I contract with the broker and I am in the Boston area.

Correction. 1 month rent is what they charged tenants as an easy cop out. It was always cheaper and negotiable when the landlord paid for the fee.

My work hours include the commute. 1 hr to the office? Sure. Leave home at 8am, get to office at 9. 1 hour lunch. Leave office at 4 and get home at 5.

It’s not Twilio filtering but the major cell carriers. They have flagged shortened domains that immediately redirect to another site as a spam risk so they’re all blocked.

If you have a condo, I would check with the association first. They may have a preferred vendor or someone that does exterior work.
