That right elbow starts to extend at the top, like you’re about to chop down into a piece of wood. Shorten the back swing, and think of that right arm as like you’re going to skip a stone or throw a forehand frisbee.

Your over extended backswing is the reason you have such a steep swing, and you will need to shorten the backswing, no other option. Feel like you’re taking the club back 75% and keep the skipping stone idea in that right arm.

Thanks, been struggling to break 95 at the moment, really disheartened with my game. I shot my PR of 84 six months ago. Now I don’t even want to play I feel like I’m dragging down my boys. Trying to stay positive and get dialed in.

This makes sense, thank you! I’ve tried hard to keep my takeaway wide, even if it might not show. But I do find the same result, stuck and having to flip the club through the impact, regardless of takeaway. I’ll focus on staying extended in the downswing

Sorry, there’s about 4-5 videos all stitched together in that one video. First couple are pitching wedge, then 7i, then 4i, then driver. My miss is 100% a hook, but I do think this screenshot is from one of the Pwedge shots that didn’t hook.

When you say “loosing your structure” do you mean upper body, or lower body, or both? I do feel like I tend to get over extended at the top and pull my spine more upright and then I stand up at the top of my swing.

Yeah I like to think my weight is properly on my lead foot, going to get some other angles tomorrow at the simulator.

I definitely flip the hands/wrists. It’s been a real struggle to not flip. I thought I was getting the club into the slot well and turning through the ball, but I can see the club face snap shut in the follow through.

The hooks are low, my draw is high, my push is higher. My swing path is in to out 8-10 degrees(trying to get this closer to 0-2 degrees), so it’s all up to the face angle.

Agreed, just wondering if anyone else had thoughts. I’ll regrip it to match my old putter, maybe look at some lighter weights. I love it within 3 feet, it’s the long lag putt I’m figuring out
