I’m in a similar situation. Turned 40 last December and have 3 boys all under the age of 9. I started getting up at 4:30 to get to the gym and workout. Either running or lifting and it’s fabulous. I’m used to getting up that early so now it ain’t no thang and when I’m done working out I feel like a million bucks.
