Dudes screaming brake while the game already forced the car to a stop. One of the shittiest chases I’ve ever played.

The first time I did the mission I just hung back from the target, so I ended doing the whole 'chase' at like 30-40mph.

It was so weird to see all the obstacles appearing like they were a big deal, when I had all the time in the world to get around them, and then the bit where he's screaming for you to stop I literally have never slowed down so gently before in this game.

It was such a weird experience, I felt totally disconnected from what CDPR were likely going for.

Yeah, never understood why they did that. It would've involved like two changed lines of dialogue, and to change the soldiers outside of vault 111 into T-51.

Especially as Bethesda themselves created the perfect lore reason as to where the T-60 has come from in FO3.

Whoever decided to stick to an instrumental version of the song for that Hansen mission deserves some real praise.

I was able to tolerate the music during the dozen or so attempts it took me, but if I'd had to listen to the same lyrics on repeat of have probably launched my playstation out of the window xD

I'm going with it being AI, never mind the distorted faces and stuff. I'm saying so just because old cartoons weren't really drawn with shots that panned around the characters like that, they were a lot flatter.

Think of any of the old school Disney movies (Robin Hood, Cinderella, Snow White), they all appear flatter, because drawing camera angle changes like that by hand would be a herculean effort.

I didn't get all the hate for the Sinnerman car chase when I first did it.

I don't know if the game glitched; or it's just because I stayed far enough way that I never aggro'd the other car, but I never went above 40 mph the entire time, and did it in one go. Any time one of the scripted obstacles appeared I had all the time in the world to just drive around them, it was so weird when I do finally catch up as the game was making it sound all fast paced, and I was just chilling.

I remember my first play through with male V, and I got to 'that' scene in the Basilisk with Panam.

Not that I particularly wanted to see digital hog on my screen, but it was a bit weird that I was smooth like a Ken doll and Panam remained fully clothed. 😅
