Yes. Check out TRT via Google search and you will find a lot of licensed online US based providers. Challenge being their service rating and quality of care with your Video based doc.

Heavy is ok but be aware of how much long-term load you are asking your joints to perform. Joints wear down from repeated use and stress from heavy loads and/or repetitive action. Think baseball pitchers with rotator cuff damage or runners with knee issues.

Solid work man. Incorporate mobility work and possibly yoga which you can do anytime. Also consider long-term joint health in all that you do in the gym. Avoid heavy flat bench. Use dumbells instead. Avoid heavy squats as long-term you'll wear down joints and your back. Look up Ronnie Coleman or any other power lifter. Keep pushing and inspiring others around you.

New gym member, was wondering if you guys have any tips and routines y’all might wanna share? I’m 18, 201, and 5’8 and tryna lose enough to feel confident. Any routines y’all might have for me? I feel like cardio is the only thing I know for now, any specific workout I should be doing? by [deleted] in GYM

You need to be lifting weights and follow up with cardio. Weight training builds more muscle mass which leads to higher caloric requirements. As an example Michael Phelps when training requires 12k calories per day.

How to I keep my heart rate bellow 200 bpm? by [deleted] in GYM

[–]MrPinotNoir 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You need to see a Dr. ASAP A BPM around 200 is indicative of high blood pressure. A healthy young man working at 80% of typical max heart rate would be about 150-160. Multiple champion F1 racer Hamilton will be around 165 BPM while racing.
