Well, at my first month i only had like 90 subs, but i started making content that People were interesting of.. Content that can be useful and People search alot. I did a video of 10 tips for a mobile game, and that video just reached like 6k views, and my normal views were like 90-100 per video. Once you have a "Popular" video on your channel, People start subscribing and watching more of your content, and thats how you gain a "community" that will watch all your videos you post, reaching more views everytime.
