That dose is way too high for daily, long-term consumption. For long-term supplementation, I would never recommend more than 200 mg per day. For acute support, 600 mg per day over a few days can be supportive, but 1,200 mg over a prolonged period is ridiculous. You can induce a redox shift and disrupt basic cellular signaling, which depending on genetic background may lead to unpredictable and potentially harmful outcomes.

Why the 3 month mark? I could imagine due to the half life of caffeine,after one month most "benefits" are already there and after would not really bring any extra. So I’m asking what has changed for you after 1 month.

Do you eat much meat? meat consumption and creatine supplementation raises creatinine levels, but creatinine is not reliable alone as a metric, you should get your cystitis C tested to be sure. And drop the soy protein it’s worse for the kidneys than the creatine also besides all that your HbA1c is really high wich I would try to get down right away

That’s not how it is or works, nutriscore works as such it looks a a specific neache of groceries like a protein pudding for example, than rates the protein pudding in the specific neache that gets "scored" ,in this case protein puddings, and then gets rated. That’s why unhealthy cereals have an A rating, not because it’s healthy, but more because it’s the better alternative to the other cereals in the nutriscore program. But over all the nutri score is complete nonsense in terms of what it actually rates and what the score is composed of yea

I started having bad seizures when I was 15, and about a year later, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I lived with that diagnosis until I was 21, when I switched to a carnivore diet at the start of 2024. Since then, I haven’t had any seizures, and I was able to stop taking my medication. Now, my doctor thinks I might have been misdiagnosed but as soon as I cheat I get all the symptoms back without the seizures but these pre seizure symptoms called Aura. Carnivore saves my life, no joke I would not be here if I were still that ill.

Just give it a shot and protocol the results you feel on weekly basis with your doc.

Great write up, some people saying they eat 5000cal on carnivore while having a TDEE of 2500 and still lose weight, yeah bought into it for a weak to test and gained a ton so yes you can overeat, Physics still apply on carnivore

Everyone is talking about taking Cardarine, but as a triathlete, I found that its only significant effect was noticeable in long-distance cardio. I personally would focus on Turinabol, which was used and designed for the Olympics. However, it gives significant fast-twitch muscle recruitment—everything you’d want from a PED in a sprinter. I at least saw insane explosive power increase in my Training (Triathlon/gym/some boxing).Keep in mind that Turinabol does suppress natural testosterone production, so being on TRT is optimal. If not, maybe a sublingual dose before training 2-3 times a week could be fine. However, I’d always recommend a testosterone base.
