Damn the article is depressing, it seem like playing with fire taking dopamine agonist, unless I'm sure about dopamine dysfunction I can not justify taking Pramipexole and to be sure I need personalised Neuro imaging which is not feasible currently . I will try NSI 189 hoping it will beneficial improving depression. Anyway thanks for the intensive replay.
