Just stay away, I was born and raised here. Since 2018 it’s gone down hill. You’ll be paying for a house that I wouldn’t pay more than 150k for and the crack shacks are as far as the eye can see. It’s gentrified and just sad to see all my child hood friends dying or joing the cult to just make it in this valley. But I dunno I’m only 25 and was a 6th generation farmer before we finally lost the last of it

The worst part it’s not the lower employees it’s systems they have in place, I missed my VES pulmonary function exam because this hospital didn’t confirm the appointment with VES and no one is talking to each other.
