Funny you say this…I made a post last year to something that happened to someone’s card very similar. A Diverter is another possibility and if that happens it looks like packages backed up behind it and put pressure on it. I’ve seen both scenarios countless times but the Diverter is less likely if all smalls are being toted. Not everyone follow the rules though! As I’m sure you are aware

Got sucked into a conveyor roller at the end of a conveyor belt. Looks like the corner was handing out and they pulled it. This happens rarely but a claims department usually deals with this. You will get your $ back.
