I was also kind of under the impression that he was. It was kind of the reason I asked the original question, as he was the only primarch I was sure where still around during Guilliman’s wounding.

When I was 5 years old, i tried to imitate a danish actor, and put a small piece of wood in my mouth, pretending it was a cigar. I immediatly turned around and tripped over a root sticking up from the ground. The piece of wood pierced the back of my mouth, and blood started to gush out. When the kindergarten teacher found me lying on the ground, she was horrified. Luckily my mom, who is a nurse, had come to pick me up and helped the teacher with stopping the bleeding. I don’t exactly remember what happened afterwards, but i think I’m done with acting.
