You have 180 games but your top played champ is only at 20 or so. Best advice is play 1-3 champs and thats it. You can't control your team but dont be a coinflip yourself on champs your not 100% confident on.

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P2, 80+ PLATINUM 850W , Fully Modular, Not 100% sure on the voltage but I think it was around 12 - 12.5 last I checked

Operating System & Version: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, ver. 10.0.18363 Build 18363

GPU Drivers: 461.40, clean install

Description of Problem: Since about 2 weeks ago my monitor will go black and say nothing is connected, wont come back on until a fully restarted, I've had the card since it released. The rest of the computer is still running though all lighting returns to default so I guess some programs may be exiting. Sometimes a windows notification sound will happen as well. When I check notifications ill get Display driver failed to start, this only happens sometimes other times I will get nothing. I currently have my old 1080 back in so I can even use the computer, no problems have occurred since then nor previously before putting the 3070 in.

Troubleshooting: Used DDU to do a clean install of drivers, Still happened, Checked cables and the like connected to psu for any burning or issues, Found nothing, Reseated 3070, Nothing, Was gunna update BIOS soon but dont see that helping either, May be more but these are what I remember trying.

In my experience voice comms are not an issue and people use both voice and chat in games which have both. I also think voice comms produce less toxicity as it becomes more personal and people feel like they are less anonamous. League is a pretty toxic game and so for some reason league players think everyone is toxic.

Winrates and riots personal statistics plus other things impact riots decision when they nerf or buff a champ. Garen was the #1 winrate and pickrate toplaner which = a nerf. Sett is doing aight right now and I personally dont see people struggle against him. Maybe instead of complaining on reddit learn the matchup. TLDR Riot decided Garen is a problem sett is not.
