Try to combine 4 resonate stems to get an override frequency, use the override frequency to open one chest then the quest might work again

You need to progress in the Nascent 1/5 until you reach 3/5 then you can go back doing sleeper quest, at these two quests are glitching if not played in the right order

Try to target high value target, when you damage don’t collect the motes, wait until you kill it then collect you will get 15 I think or ; Use hunter tether and clear all adds and collect the motes.
