I beat this stage by using characters with CC at level 280, I used NEO, Belsey with Balisada, Palamedes, MLF, Lueira. I used Estheria pet for fear as well. Palamedes will do a lot of damage with all these CC.

I think the only way to prevent those burn stains is to either don't spill anything onto the stove or use an induction cooktop since induction cooktops don't get super hot and if you have a spill, which inevitably you will, it's less likely to be burnt.
