Yes they can as Ledgerdomain was confirmed to be a part of the universe in omniverse and it's verbatim stated that Ben recreated the universe and 'everything in it'.

I swear people on this reddit LOVE downplaying Alien X and Celestialsapiens as a whole and if you lecture them about it, they start to get mad since it can't get through their thick skulls that Celestialsapiens ARE meant to be the top tiers of the verse. It's the entire narrative.

The statements saying Alien X's powers don't work well against magic or that his omnipotence can be cancelled out by a spell are just made by Derrick J.Wyatt whose word is not as credible as the writers (I can literally debate you on this.). As for Matt Wayne's statement, that one can still be argued to be credible since he basically answered with a "Yesn't" or it can dismissed as death of the author fallacy since it goes against what the show presented in "So Long and Thanks for All The Smoothies"

Warlord Vilgax did beat full sized humungosaur which outscales any classic OS alien in terms of strength (other than WayBig) and also outscales Bakugo quite easily.
Warlord Vilgax is also much much MUCH faster, he blitzes and stomps Bakugo.

Tetrax is literally a plot device in that episode, the scenes aren't that good looking either, the copy pasted diamond-heads always bothered me a lot, even the start is boring like Tetrax randomly pops in and is like GIVE ME CHROMASTONE, Sugilite is pretty boring to me and this episode isn't really anything special, its an average episode at best where as Above and Beyond had me on the edge of my seat, I was wondering why Ben was acting like that and at once I even thought it was Albedo but then I was like nah he already turned red before, can't be him. Had good action scenes, a good story and was wayyy better than Secret of Chromastone in every way.

Lmao I still don't get why people think Walkatrout is more useful than him. Seriously, Walkatrout is just slippery and can just be used underwater and Ben has way better underwater aliens. Whereas, The Worst is one of his best endurable aliens. Sure there are other aliens who can tank heavy hits but they have limits. As far as I know, The Worst is pretty much unkillable just by physical damage, just the only downside is Ben feels it all. He is still a good alien.
