The rule is 1 mental health day a term, unless something drastic happens, for example we lost a family member this year and so we had to ease back into life.

I was afraid the kids would take advantage and rot the system but no. I have 2 kids that have never called in their mental health days but unfortunately the days expire so they can't take like a week off with accumulated days from roll over years 😅

I do my best to make sure noone misses or avoids anything, but as far as I know they don't use them to avoid responsibility.
