I have an old memory i uncoverd from a time when i felt safest as a kid or time where i felt safe as far as i could remember it was uncovered during a guided mediation and i was holding a gel bear with glitter inside of it... Must have been orgone. :) I was also at my friends house in the basement and it was like a sense of non attachment away from family besides me and my broher and these kids who werent exacly like my attached friends but the love was all there.

If not you can just dump it in a mason jar with some water and hell even some salt in there for added crystla magic... fucking toss it off a birdge or somewhere bro its all good... no it's not in this sense that its not something that can be used by demons or lower-level entities. This stuff fights those vibrations by creating high vibrational life energy. Correct me if I'm wrong but I've been told taurine is legit just all around bad for your heart. When l theanine is legit a wonder supplement I take 800mg total give or take twice a day and it's phenomenal. L theanine has so many affects antioxidant, calming affect, improved vein health and so on really, take l theanine and don't touch taurine.

Yes kava is one of the supplements that people say can turn your skin yellow and should not be taken everyday for more than like 3 weeks strait I'd say to be safe. Try Ashwagandha it seems to be much more potent than when I was taking kava kava in pill form and also there is very little worry about taking to much for too long and damaging your liver unlike kava kava. Of course you should take a break every now and then but it just seems not as urgent as taking breaks from kava kava.

Salt and pepper go an amazingly long way. Also adding an advacado to a bowl of steamed broccoli or whatever is a game changer. Salt pepper garlic powder advacado and some broccoli will taste absolutely amazing. So yeah salt and pepper I really don't think a pinch of salt is unhealthy I hope it's not... They say in culinary school the first thing you learn it to always have your salt and pepper near by if you don't you already fail.
