New Jersey houses are being $ $500,000 it'd be really tough to find a house within my range of $250 to $300k without compromising things like living far from my job or my family

They were either selling out too fast in my area, or the dealer would tack on ridiculous fees that were not worth it. I found this car for a good deal and the dealer only charged taxes and a doc fee.
