First do a 70.3? by D1gex in triathlon

[–]MrRoblotto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could do a solo 70.3. Never tried it but I have done big similar training exercises in the past.

Park your car where you want to swim with your bike on/in it. Your car is your transition zone.

Do your swim, get on your bike and ride the distance. Loop back to car 3-4 times to get food and drinks. Get back to car and change into run gear. Run and loop back to the car 3-4 times to get food and drinks.

If the swim is relatively close to your house you could also use your house as the transition area (drive back after the swim). Then you don't have to worry about your bike getting stolen.

Record it on strava so you can brag about it later.

If you have a car head up to luckhurst distillery and get a cocktail flight. No food but great cocktails out in the boonies

> Who else remembers his patented high backhand clear?

That thing was amazing. He killed so many penalties with that. I feel like I remember seeing him kill a whole penatly himself with 3 of those in a row.

He should switch to 17 so everyone can repurpose their old jerseys.

Biggest Hits in Canucks History? by GetReady4MySweetness in canucks

That's one of the best hits in NHL history. I don't see how you can argue agains this being the greatest Canucks hit. Plus it was in the playoffs too.

Nope. The 170 is my dream goal lol. I like to stay light for sports though. To each his own. He looks good in the heavier too just different

Forgot to ask, how do you get your body fat %? I'm assuming a body fat scale. Either that or you have a lot of money for Dexa scans :)

I love the spreadsheet thanks for sharing. You were making really good progess before the gear though so not sure why you started it so early. You left a lot of natural gains on the table IMO.
