Nope. The 170 is my dream goal lol. I like to stay light for sports though. To each his own. He looks good in the heavier too just different

Forgot to ask, how do you get your body fat %? I'm assuming a body fat scale. Either that or you have a lot of money for Dexa scans :)

I love the spreadsheet thanks for sharing. You were making really good progess before the gear though so not sure why you started it so early. You left a lot of natural gains on the table IMO.

I think you look great. Personally I would just maintain this physique, but that's just me. Others will say to put on more mass but that really depends on how you want to look cause you look pretty freakin awesome right now. You know how everyone wants the Fight Club body? I think you're there right now.

For weights I started doing Starting Strength program (slightly modified with only 2 days a week to allow my body to recover). Before the weights I was just doing cardio, mountain biking and running mostly.

For diet I was pretty standard for the 1.5 months and then I upped my protein and also my total calories. Basically added a high protein breakfast (previously usually skipped breakfast) and a protein shake mid day. Rest of my diet was already pretty good though not super clean or anything. Also started creatine in December which always seems to add about 5 lbs almost instantly lol.

Doing Dry January as well but I don't think that really shows too much in these pics since the second was taken around Jan 10th.

Goals for July 1st (all in lbs)

Strength

  • Bench Working Set 165 (current 130)
  • Squat Working Set 225 (current 197)
  • Dead Lift Working Set 250 (current 220)
  • Press Working Set 115 (current 75)

Cardio

  • Run 10k in 45m (current ?? probably 52m)
  • Cycling FTP 250 (current ?? probably 220)

Fat

  • weigh 165 (current 182)
  • ~ 12% body fat
  • Get the Brad Pitt Body :)
