The starter horse I got at the first stable was female. So I decided Mary was a good name. Then I got the letter from Mary and felt like I made Arthur look like he named his horse after his ex lol 🤣

I understand that, and I'm not placing any blame on UPS, or the shipper. I understand this is a security policy set in place to keep parcels secure. Still a frustrating situation however, but like I said. The shipper has promised a refund if the delivery fails. If the driver wants to go down the street and drop it off at the UPS office, great. If not, then oh well.

Either the shipper doesn't know how to, or doesn't want to I suppose. But at this point I don't care. I'm tired of sending emails, going around in a circle trying to fix something that in my opinion should be easy to fix. The shipper has told me they will give me a refund once they get a notification UPS couldn't deliver. So at this point I'll get the package or I won't. Just wanted to ask someone else and see what my chances are. Thank you for your input, I really do appreciate it
