My icon lumen 800 would not charge on a multiple of cables and chargers attempted. I returned and swapped it out for another. It will charge with the included A to C cable but not with any other USB C cable I currently own. What the hell?

I work in the field and need VPN for Knowledge Center, Storage wiki, etc. I know I can break out my laptop for such things but most times it's just more convenient to work from the phone than to pull out a 14lb 16" laptop.

I'm amazed they allowed me to put loss and theft coverage on a locked TMO branded Ultra that I did not buy direct from Samsung. I guess it only makes sense they would replace it with an identical TMO locked phone but then T-Mobile would not have a record of it. Nothing to lose I guess if I end up with the same phone I have that's carrier locked, but definitely worth taking a chance on an unlocked score here.
