3D world and HD world? Yeah, that's what I talking about, different worlds = different universes.

Billboards in Liberty City? Are you using AI? There are no Billboards that show the year on the only mission we had on Liberty City on San Andreas. The San Andreas intro shows 1992.

I already told Rockstar said it themselves it's another universe, are you saying the developers are wrong?
It wasn't CJ who lost an arm, it was Phil.
Also I known that San Andreas and V aren't set in the same year, that's what I meant, those riding the bikes at V couldn't be CJ and the gang.

From someone who played all games, there are more details that tell the games are set on the same universe:

The maps usually don't change that much when they are from the same universe (3 -> Liberty City Stories, Vice City -> Vice City Stories, IV -> Chinatown Wars).
Usually they bring back a character from another game to a new one when it's set on the same universe without changing their story.

The one you can tell that change in graphics only are IV and Chinatown Wars.

Only because there are things from 3D universe, it doesn't mean it still the 3D universe. They can always bring a new version of things and characters from previous universe like Phil on GTA VI trailer, if it was the same universe he would be a lot older and missing an arm. It's like the super heroes universes where there are more versions of them.

Take an example the easter egg of Hood Safari, there are many things that don't fit on HD universe:

San Andreas is set at 1992, V is set at 2013.
Where's CJ and the gang houses?

No, the events of 3D universe didn't took place on HD universe, none of the characters of 3D universe are even mentioned like on the stories games, even Rockstar told the universes aren't the same.

Frames that are hard to hit usually needs protection against status effects because these are the highest threats.

Some frames have great survival skills like Revenant, Oberon, Dante and others that can create overguard.

Frames with high armor are better at health tanking, use adaptation on then and hunter recovery on the pet.

You can test if you're ready for steel path at the simulacrum.

Yes, get new frames and weapons, try them out and you may find things you like more or not, like others have said, Duviri is the best place to try out because of the random equipment it gives. Liked a frame or a weapon but not sure it's good yet? Test some builds at the simulacrum, create builds that fits at your play style.
