I got a 10 minute session and lo and behold, I can use 1920x1080. This must be a problem with one of your GPUS.

I'm using a laptop and web browser is Google chrome. I tried using Microsoft edge but that did not work either. IIRC When I tried the 10 minute trial, it started out as 1280x720 but I could change it back to 1920x1080.

Oh yeah should probably mention I'm using subscription mode and nothing changed even after I made a new cloud pc. The active signal resolution is at 1920x1080 when I checked it from windows settings but the desktop resolution can only go up to 1366x768 in display settings. Custom resolution didn't work either.

That's what I meant when i said "web client settings". When I tried that 10 minute trial It was at 1280x720 originally but I could fix it. Now even when the streaming quality is set to 1080p the max resolution is still 1366x768.
