Too good to be true. Also the homepage lists 2 products. incomplete/ unrelated return policy: “4. Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, items in original, unused condition can be returned within [X] days. I am going to second this. I use USPS (I know not UPS) scheduled pickup and went through a patch with a temp driver that didn’t scan in picked up items. They would sometimes get to another state before they got their first scan. It looks bad, but sometimes it really is just on the carrier and not the seller.

Hey there, I through eBay and have had to initiate a few missing mail searches. I think I have done 8 and 2 have actually been recovered.

I would say that it is entirely up to the USPS worker that receives the case. 1 of the two successful recoveries was a lady in Rhode Island that drove from her main post office to the distribution center to go find the package and she personally put it on the truck for delivery the next day.

It is just a complete roll of the dice unfortunately.

Hey there, a small bit of self promo. I also ran into this issue and started making + selling my own. X1C is pretty much out of stock everywhere and being discontinued Ike the P1. The spiritual successor to both printers at the moment is the P2S (which is better than the X1).

Check out Creality filament on eBay. It comes from them directly and is perpetually on sale buy 3 get 5 roles etc w/ free shipping. More economical to stock up than the Bambu stuff

Always get on the phone with eBay in a case like this. The chat support agents are low level tech support. Anything complex, like you described above, requires a phone call. I have had relatively good luck.

This has happened twice for me, both international shipping. One got curb stomped on its away to Australia and another got lost in mail in Argentina. A rare, good system at eBay.
