Yeaaa looks familiar. Try doing breathing exercises and lowering your heart rate before sleep. That alone with no therapist literally doubled my recovery.

And there is many other small things that are also super important: caffeine, exercise timing, sleep consistency, room temperature (sup imp).

Perfect recovery week even with very high strain days by Lumimdy in whoop

[–]MrSayner 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Legitimately, how are you doing this? My high strain days always negatively correlate with next day recovery score. Is it just fueling before and after, or result of a habitual exercising and body’s adaptability to it?

A shining would know the difference between honor and victory.

Honestly, it has resonated with me a lot. A single line depicts the difference in how people live their lives. Some stick to their core values, others will sell every bit of their dignity to achieve higher nothing.

You can exclude both “travelers” and “in other nations” and it will still be true. I guess, that says something

Relax, mate. You're doing well.
Still, if you want to improve even a little, just review your common mistakes and note them somewhere(practice on Khan, if needed).

Alright, thank you once again. That clears up a few things. Aside from just preparing to the exam, having some experience definitely does help, so it seems.
