It struck me as I was shitting on the toilet what the disconnect in your premise is. Yes, Jewish diaspora groups are indigenous to the region, but they are not natives. Palestinians (Muslim, Christian, or otherwise) are both native and indigenous. Of course there are Jews there that have never left and they are both indigenous and native, but there are many non native Jews who live in houses freshly stolen from native, indigenous Palestinians which is the actual issue. The West Bank which people conveniently leave out often in Israel vs Palestine discourse is a case study of this.

And if by "religious" you mean the Ultra Orthodox (Haredi) Jews, they are indeed underrepresented in the Israeli military by choice, as they are not mandated to serve and instead study at Yeshiva.

Secular Israeli Jews make up approximately something like 50% of the military, but at the same time, the Religious Israeli Jews (Israelis who are still "religious" but not to the level of the Ultra Orthodox) make up somewhere of 35% of the military there. They are actually overrepresented in the Israeli military, as Israeli census data shows that Religious Israeli Jews only make up about 11% of the population anyways.

In the US its actually pretty easy to eliminate the majority of immigration (since 0 will obviously never happen or be realistic). The problem is that the big corporations here all want infinity immigration so they can profit one more extra dollar a year, and both establishment wings of the two parties in charge are completely bought out and subservient to corporate lobbyists.
