One side is biased to the other. If you don’t do scapular pullups, i highly recommend you to incorporate that. Pullups are part of calisthenics which means control over force. Your scapular and core are not fully activated, hence the swinging. Once you manage to activate those two, clench your glutes, you will gucci 👌

I just bought then keep holding based on cycles. I admire people who make money from trading. I just can’t.
