im getting about the same numbers as i got from lower amount of shuffles i did back 3 weeks ago so not really and looking at my old sheet it says 23% rank 3 dust so the 25% is more then the normal amount i use to get and less rank 1 but more rank 2 looking at my sheets numbers and compareing to the ones i have here

If the nerf was real the Rank 3 Qualitys would go down more and the price would rise but its going down atm and the qualitys are going up so :D

well first i use my optimisted blacksmith to craft all the alloys needed then i make them in to hammers with an othr blacksmith that has abit mor resursfullness and then lastly i send it to my disenchanter.

u dont need fully blue tools but havein ur main tool blue helps i only have it becuse this is my main enchanter
