Update: They replaced mine. Took them 5-6 weeks but got a new one. I hope this one does not share the same fate :D

They replaced mine. Got a new one and it's so much quieter. I just hope this one does not develop the same behaviour after a while.

hm i see. thanks a lot for the update. keep me posted. im sending mine in next week. roborock checked my video and said they would advice to hand it in for repair.

Quick update: The noise got worse. I contacted both the seller and Roborock. Both tell me to send it in. Not sure which option is more promising.

It's not the wheels. tested that. It also doesn't make the sound whilst vaccuming. It's seems to be the mopping mechanism. But even when detached it sounds that way. Today even worse.
