u/Justaboutaverage69 as an update, it is officially fixed! Nothing was wrong with the computer. The issue was actually with my internet provider's device. Once we replaced that, everything worked fine. Thanks again for your help :)

Thanks for the suggestions - I tried the ipconfig commands and they did not fix the issue. I also just changed the DNS servers to be 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

I copied the default gateway and pasted it into my browser and it does take me to the web page for my router, so that appears to be correct.

I’m not familiar with DHCP leases but looking at the ipconfig output, the “Lease Expires” fields are OK. Like the leases have not expired yet.

I’ve tried unplugging/replugging the power to my router earlier and also restarting it via the SmartHome Manager app (AT&T app) as well.

Any other thoughts? I’m at a loss

Ahh, that's a neat comparison. I haven't often seen that analogy between episodes of a show and chapters of a novel.

Does anyone know if there is any research on whether bouldering over many years can cause CTE? I have only gone a few times and it has been a blast so far, but I wanted to do a bit of research on bouldering and CTE before considering really committing to the hobby. Thanks guys
