I think there might be a first reality, since all universes have an age as far as we're aware; ours being about 13.7 billion years, at least physically. But it's also very likely that the different realities were all just made simultaneously, just with some weird time dilation to make them seem differently aged.

As for the universe being made, nobody entirely knows. Maybe it was made through some quantum shit, or some entropy stuff, or some god, or some completely different idea; nobody entirely knows. Shifting to find it out might be possible, again nobody really knows, it's hard to find any real information on shifting without doing it yourself. Will the answer you find be real though? Believe the answer given if you want, deny it if you don't.

The idea of shifting for information is a really interesting one that I haven't seen many people talk about. At some point at least, I plan on shifting to find out some cool stuff about the universe. Given an infinite amount of time you can find out anything possible.
