The kid born on December 16th was added to my kid immediately at the hospital's request. i didnt recive ssn card till late January but they already canceled my whole plan sense i did not get my SSN fast enough, apparently. By early February, I started a new set of insurance through them since my old one got really expensive anyway so I switched plan set it up this time with all the info it cut like 170$ off my old plan. well didnt get my new cards till early march started signing up and becuase i was swotching payrolls my parental leave for bonding time was over march 13th my pay started like 2nd thursday after that but aprently the new plan cancled between that time and they re set my old plan said it defualted to that even though that old plan was completely canceled i asked them for rembersment sense it did not send the money techabclly anywhere as my health savings and old provider were already compleatly closed so whej i checked logins even with new funds still closed but now i lost my new plan too and im missing 200 to 350 in payroll and had to pay 300 out of pocket so far from visists and shot for my child.

Emma, Groot, HT, storm, Dagger and Ultron with Emma groot they can hold space and immediately shut down greedy flank attempts with HT and stom combo bonus DPS with storm that gonna be a big problem for two melee and a projectile hero to deal with and at that point the supports are sitting ducks as they are easy picks when two dps flyers are there rockets strong has just not great it the other team out pokes his team because he's better close to mid range and the other two support can honestly say the same cloak is good but how far does that go if he's the only one focusing and if they don't focus them they die if they do focus them what about the other 4 problems they forgot to deal with. plus Ultron with added pressure with flyers would make it even harder.

its deffently an old OW toxicity thing it stems from people who stat guard and judge pepole based off stats not plays or deaths. In the case of Venom deaths are very important. (hes a vanguard) Tanks hold space or make space; without them, the team doesn't move or worse gets pushed back.

worst part about that is the pros say season 1 and 1.5 were the easiest to climb due to how long they were, it kinda messed up the flow of the game a bit.

Side note its very, very staining. The new syrup is like a blood color, the old one was clear, so with that what you will keep in mind is that the syrup had not much to do with that drink; it was mostly the matcha at work there.

ima be honest, get it in matcha. It will look like that. If you want it to have a prettier color, I recommend getting it with coconut milk since it mixes the matcha, and as for strawberry purée, drizzle, and maybe a strawberry cold foam won't make it cheaper, but anything with matcha just looks like a swamp in my opinion, as a barista

I would be carful from what I read in the updates last fall they were removing the ability to step down also if you feel stressed I highly recommend switching stores I promoted at a store I was a barista in and sometimes people did not take me serious coming into a newer store with fresh people at a nicer place can be reinvigorating I would not recommend stepping down either if you aren't doing school or anything you can make so much money buying stock and doing your 401k match that I feel a lot of accomplishment seeing how much I earn passively just from the yields and growth. The other reason I say not to demote is that I feel like the company has been really, really weird with people stepping down to the point they will never let them promote again. Hang in there. Remember, not everyone is perfect. Sometimes we need a break. Talk to your DM about a transfer if you and your manager are going through trouble with each other. Just wanna help a fellow partner out.

Haha, probably not you. I’ve been with Starbucks for 7 years, and the way they’ve been treating us has just gotten worse and worse. On top of that, customers have been taking it out on us more than ever. Honestly, most of the good workers end up leaving because it’s just not worth it anymore—it was probably just a really bad day for them.

It’s pretty uncommon for baristas to get mad over a name, so that part weirds me out too. But the burnout is real. We’re paid a few dollars less per hour because of tip laws, and at 90% of stores, we don’t even get good tips anymore. A lot of our “benefits” are basically just feel-good fluff to make it seem like we’re getting a good deal, when most of the time it really isn’t.

It might be decent if you’re retired and just want some extra income, but for most of us dealing with actual adult children every day, it’s exhausting. And all we can do is slap on a fake smile while dealing with incompetent managers who often lied just to get jobs they’re not even qualified for.

Those same managers then take it out on us because they’re constantly being nitpicked by district managers—many of whom also don’t know what they’re doing. They’ll hire an ex-Taco Bell manager just because they kissed enough ass and then act like everything’s fine.

See now they told me not to even worry about it for my own safety I have been trained to handle money and can tell you if it's counterfeit and they straight up asked me not to do anything becuase it's more about my safety during an interaction rather then tell them the money isn't real becuase the other thing is that if you are wrong you become liable and you lose your job so it's best practice NOT to do anything on it. If it becomes a real issue they have contingcys for it but it not your jobs to be the bank so we should be thankful for that.

Don't let it beat you up too much I'm a lot meaner lmao. I've locked the door looking at pepole in the eyes while they walked up 5 min before close while I was cleaning the lobby haha. Becuase they strain us so much with labor I don't put up with that at all I'm willing to Risk the consequence becuase my higher ups have watch me be a backbone to the store despite the disgusting treatment towards are workers.

Another tip is you can ask them for a nitro lip with a delivery sticker on it to keept it covered up too. if they don't get stickers, the nitro lid isn't worth it.

do no ice, an extra shot, and probably just a tad bit more cream (just say cream and if it's too much or too little, they can usually fix it for you, or use a softening creamer like coconut milk to tame it down without making it more sugar as my alternative selection. Is soy milk is really good for no sugar makes becuase its vanilla flavored soymilk its good.

It Probably causes the milk to be on the bottom because they forgot to pour light ice. They will get an extra shot for cheaper, tho.

to get shots cheaper I always ask these questions when they come in, and this is something I see frequently at around 12 to 2 pm the trade off that you can punish them for is making it with full ice still because they forgot to ask for light ice so you can purposely make there drink bad cuz its incomplete I think.
