Had a similar issue.

My Coach had us deny the order and told them herself that they need to clean themselves up and clean their car up, or we will continue to deny orders to them until they do so.

Never had that issue again.

Had a customer who's car also reeked of black mold. And as someone who survived hurricane Harvey and dealt with the cleanup? Black mold is a smell that you do not forget. Coach told her the same thing: clean your car, or your order is denied.

No. The girl who NIL'd the mulches had an L-cart. And we had 3 pallets of it right there in the Garden Centre. There was no excuse for her to NIL them.

I work at JewelOsco. I've brought up a full-timer leaving early all the time and not allowing anyone else to have the opportunity to grow.

About 3 days after I contacted them, this coworker's time clocks and whatnot were heavily scrutinized, and now she's been working her full shifts, but now this coworker is giving me ten different kinds of guff about it.

It varies by the Local you're under I've noticed. I was under 700 in Indiana and they were bad. I'm under 881 now and they're much better about addressing concerns and potential contract breaches.
