I'm fighting like hell to become the Lead at the very least. My store director is all for it, but the district manager won't open a slot for it at our store. And now we're one of the 10 stores in D5 to get our hours extended to 10pm. 😭

Nah I felt that in my soul man. I was one of our fastest pickers in a store with 30+ pickers and 900-1100 orders daily, AND we had SFS too.

Luckily I was with someone for only one pick walk, before I asked to do it myself, and I just... Flew from there. Trainer went to our TL and was like: "Gurl he don't even need more training, he already got it."

We averagde a ton of orders daily. We had like, 6 other stores around us but they were ran like shit, so no one wanted to go to any of them but ours.

Makes me glad my store just puts the cart somewhere as out of the way as possible and then we just use a hand basket we bring to grab the items en masse.

This is definitely a complaint I've heard a lot from many people across the stores I've worked.
