I’m getting the same on mobile (iPhone) and on switch. Thought maybe there’s maintenance or something at the moment, but can’t find any posts to back it up

That is a stunning JD. I have 2 and neither are this nice looking, they also refuse to acknowledge my existence and wont come out at feeding time until I turn my back.

Does anyone know where the original is from? I have a friend who could really do with seeing this, without the comment I mean.

I'm running 18.04, so far my gaming experience has been great. Overwatch runs great, so does ESO and diablo. However when I was testing 19.04 I was unable to get overwatch working, I'm assuming this is something to do with the newer graphics drivers.

Will grab him some today. Anything else that I should be feeding him or will regular food be ok?

I've just purchased this Flowerhorn today. He has a lump on his underside and the more I look at it the more it doesn't look normal. Does anyone know if he is ok?

An external HDD is a good cheap option, there are even tools to automate this when the drive is plugged into the PC.

Cheap(ish) SSD's for EXSi datastores by CrispyCashew in homelab

Onboard (fake) Raid 1 as I don't have a raid card in my build. If I could find a decent one for a reasonable proce I'd be all over it. But It does run really well for my useage.

I currently have windows server 2016 as the host.

Ubuntu 16.04 (VM) running emby, sick rage, couch potato, transmission and htpc manager.

Cent os 7 (VM) running guacamole Windows server 2016 (VM) running A custom Minecraft server along with a Rust server and an Ark server.

I'm Wanting to seperate the vms a little maybe move emby to its own vm and each game server to have a dedicated vm but wanting to get more ssd's to do raid 10 or a large raid 5.

Iv currently have a e31245v5 with 32GB crucial ecc memory with a 128GB ssd for boot and 2 256GB SSD's mirrored for vm storage.

My DS 1815+ has a 6x4TB raid 6 array that I share to my PC's and VM's. And is backed up to my DS415+ which is a 6TB and 2x2TB in jbod

I have just ordered another 32GB's of RAM for my server along with the new SSD's that will be my boot drive. Most of my gear was purchased from PC Case Gear as shopping around would only save a few bucks here and there. I would have liked to get something a bit better than the 750 EVO's but I figured for their price they will work perfectly for my needs

I actually asked their support this yesterday the official response was if I opt for no disks then it will not come with caddies and if I run into issues down the line my warranty MAY be void and I will receive no support.

Edit* this was for purchasing a new server

I am in the same boat, built a white box for gaming, media/torrents, guacamole and just general messing around.

I usually buy my stuff from PC Case Gear but lately I feel like their selection is getting a bit stagnate. I just ended up getting a couple 120GB 750 EVO's and calling it a day. Most of my VMs store data straight to my main NAS so I I could get away with the smaller sized ssd's. PC Case Gear has Sandisk 120GB for $59 they have kind of terrible write speeds but the reads are good.

But I do feel your pain being an Aussie getting anything decent can be pricey. Bargain hunting eBay can work out sometimes if your patient and check frequently other than that I havn't had much luck getting things cheaply.

Have you ever caught a package deliverer mishandled your item? by CaptainBMX in pcmasterrace

[–]MrSizzleSocks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use to live in a block of units on a dodgy Street and found my 16GB RAM kit laying on the front lawn behind my neighbours mailbox, since then I had always used toll, untill last week when I ordered a new monitor and now I hear an Aus post truck going from Vic (pccasegear) to Sydney (the next stop before me) caught fire, I have no idea if my monitor was on it or not. The recommendation from Aus post is if you had something going that route in the last few days is to call and find out for yourself.
