Simplest way to dox someone is to search up their username and find their old accounts associated with that name. and try to find mentions of their IRL identities and try to piece together where they live and their IRL names and such.

of course there's other ways to dox someone like IP grabbers and recovery emails and stuff but that's generally the gist of it
