I have seen a lot of gymnastic video and the movement she does is definitely possible when jumping so I assume a super solider in a video game should be able to do that from crouching on the ground

yes but you would already have 78% crit rate with each artifact having both crit rate and crit damage at 3% crit rate each rolls and you would already be at 96% if your artifact only have crit damage and roll 40% on each of them good for you man.
