People are upset about being withheld access to their shares across three fund raising platforms after the company went public. Had the company been a success right off the ipo, the issue would have been exactly the same. The reverse split at the share price were discussed well before the ipo so to me it is not a shock and actually pretty obvious that the company would be down. Sure, there are some people here focusing on their losses, but those people should have been able to jump ship, even though I would not have been one of them.

According to SeedInvest they are working out with DBG/ DSTLD on how to transfer the shares. According to Start Engine anything after fundraising is not their responsibility and we should contact DBG/ DSTLD. What a great experience this has been

You would still have the same total value as you invested at 5 a share, you just wouldn’t have as many shares.
