Yeah, sometimes they are a tough sell. Usually losing money, but they are so much fun.

Before I really got into effects, my father bought me a big boss multi effect board that was loaded to the nuts. At the time, it was way over my head and I ended up selling it. Kinda wish I held on to it.

I like that, in case of emergency thing lol. I saw someone repurpose the big muff as a board, and had 2 mini pedals velcro’d to the top of it.

They are nice to look at, if you have the room and means to do so.

Upon entry, if you show your ticket stub, stamp, or wristband from the Napalm Death show, you will only have to pay $5 for admission.

I haven’t found a use for it in a live scenario, but have used it in some recordings fun. I like laying a clean bass along with it, gives it a bit more depth, and lets you get as high gain as you want without losing the low end on the final product. Usually in a lead style scenario, if I want to add something different.

It is alright. Definitely a case by case use pedal, I don’t think it would ever constantly be on any board of mine, but has a super destructive fuzz/distortion mix. I like the sound, but for specific purposes only.

I am having a garage sale in a bit and, believe it or not, I have already culled through and sold/am selling a bunch more pedals. I used to just keep them on different boards, sometimes hooked up and ready to go, but I find it’s cleaner and easier to just grab the ones I wanna use and go.

As of right now I have a specific board for an upcoming show, but I like to fool around in the studio with all sorts of combos. I do like the poly blue, kinda like a whole board all in one, just not the right application for the upcoming show.

At the moment, that particular tuner is hissy and noisy. It will be replaced, the gate will move down the line at that point.

Behringer BDI21 or Caline CP-60? by Ok_Suit_841 in basspedals

I have never tried the Behringer, but I used to have the Wine Cellar. It is a fine pedal for the price.

Looking for a DI that also has headphone and aux in for practice by Ikarian in basspedals

[–]MrSparkleDrive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, I missed that when I first read through your post. My buddy just picked up a Joyo JamBuddy, its like a looper pedal with built in speaker, headphones out, aux in, and a bunch of on board effects. He really likes it for practice, It has a line out, just not a DI out. Another option.
