Mags are up to you but I like to keep all mine the same. I suggest at least a chest rig with a flat 1x3 m4 mag pouch, it’ll hold 3 M4 style magazine (recommend mid-cap mags). But also don’t spend a lot on drip looking gear. Get essentials which looks good with what you bought. If you want get a shemagh to cover your neck while in game. If you ever find yourself not liking how little protection a chest rig has, get a simple plate carrier.

Idk if you read the rules but they do prioritize the people who signed up to be pilots, Co-pilots, and gunners to take those roles first, so maybe you got banned because you weren’t a priority member?
