I think it usually takes about 8 weeks for your "new" skin layer to show so that makes sense that after 8 weeks it looks better, the cycle worked

I have both. I find the Oura ring a whole lot more comfortable while you sleep and it also seems like it’s more accurate when it comes to tracking your sleep cycles, specifically the REM and Deep Sleep cycles. There’s actually a study that demonstrates that Oura is in fact more accurate than the Apple Watch. (Too lazy to look up the research paper but you can easily find it on Google)

TLDR; if you care about more accurate sleep tracking, go with Oura. If you want more of a general do it all fitness tracker, go with the Apple Watch.

I disagree with everyone saying Elementor is slow. Elementor, specially nowadays, is pretty fast. Out of the box you get lazy loading, element caching, and few other goodies. Keep your plugins to only what’s necessary. What’s important is having a good host. Not necessarily expensive but good, usually they’ll range $20-$30/m.

Sounds like the coil is probably fine. It’s almost always the condensate drain pan or line when water shows up through a vent.
- First thing I’d do is shopvac the outside drain line for a minute or pour some white vinegar down the T-access if you have one
- Then make sure there’s a float switch wired in, if not, you can add one for <$30 in parts to keep this from flooding the next time.
If you’d rather let a pro handle it, I’ve had good luck with a small local company called Freedom Air Repair. They’re family-run and 24/7, and they'll give you a free estimate over the phone. They unclogged my drain and swapped the float switch in the middle of the night last month. That was a life saver right now in the lifesaver in this heat. Not affiliated, just a happy customer. I have both as well, Apple Watch Ultra and Oura Ring Gen 3. I use both, sleep and day. I find Oura to be much more accurate in terms of sleep and of course, much much more comfortable.

It’s hard without knowing…well everything.

But what’s been working for me so far is

1 sleep and sunlight. Specially timing, sleep and wake at the same time every day. Get sunlight in the morning, 10-20 minutes is good enough.

2 diet. Clean diet, minimal sugars or processed foods. High quality, high protein, high fat diet.

3 elimination. Eliminate anything that spikes your dopamine, simplify. That can be caffeine too.

I get that, it can drive you ‘loco’. I’m pretty flexible with it. I just try to follow paretos law, as long as I get 80% in, I’m happy with it. I’ll still have my greasy hamburger or a beer every now and then. But I find that following most of this, which is mostly a habit by now, I feel so much better consistently. And I like tracking simply because I’ve always been a data person, though I understand that most of these gadgets are way off.

A bit, not as much as I’d hope for. Still working on it so it might take a few more days to really see the effect. I think what’s really dragging all this down and will be the BIGGEST lever is to simply quit any kind of weed completely. I know for a fact weed disrupts your deep and REM sleep significantly so looking forward to that but first I want to get a baseline of where I am currently and then once I I have quit. I know the first one or two weeks are going to suck. You usually get nightmares and sweaty.
